Information we collect and use
As is common with other websites, Soft Pauer Global Limited – hence forth referred to as “Soft Pauer” – creates log files that are stored on the web server saving details in standard W3C format. The standard tracked items are:
- Remote ip address
- HTTP status
- Bytes sent
- Http referer
- Client user agent
Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.
Where registration is required, the visitor’s email and a username will be stored on the server. How the Information is used:
- The information is used to enhance the visitor’s experience when using the website to display personalised content and possibly advertising.
- E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.
- E-mail may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers by us or our affiliates.

Where your information is processed
The majority of your information is processed in the UK and European Economic Area (EEA).
However, some of your information may be processed by us or the third parties we work with outside of the EEA, including countries such as the United States.

How long we keep your information
To provide your product and meet our legal and regulatory obligations, we keep your personal information and copies of records we create (e.g. calls with us) while you are a customer of ours.
Even when you no longer have a relationship with us, we are required to keep information for different legal and regulatory reasons. The length of time will vary and we regularly review our retention periods to make sure they comply with all laws and regulations.
